These terms cover the website. They do not replace a written estimate, proposal, or work order you sign with us. If something here disagrees with a proposal you signed, the proposal wins.

This site is here to show our work, describe what we make, and let you start a conversation with us.

The instant quote builder gives you an estimate, not a contract. Prices on this site are starting points. Real pricing depends on materials, size, site conditions, permits, and installation, and we confirm it in a written quote before any work begins.

Nothing on this site is an offer we are bound to. We can decline a project.

Payment terms, deposits, production timelines, change orders, and cancellation rules live in the written estimate or proposal for your specific project. We do not set them on this web page, because they depend on what you are having made.

Custom work is custom. Once we have started fabrication on something made to your specifications, it usually cannot be returned or resold, and cancellation terms in your signed proposal apply.

If you book an on-site visit or a boom truck service call through our booking links, payment for that booking is handled on that booking page under that provider's terms.

When you send us a logo, artwork, photo, or text, you are telling us you have the right to use it and the right to let us print it. You keep ownership of what you send us.

You are responsible for approving proofs. Once you approve a proof, that is what we build. Spelling, phone numbers, and colors on an approved proof are yours to check.

We may photograph work we produce and show it in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Many exterior signs need a permit, and rules differ by city and by landlord. We can help with permitting, but unless your written proposal says we are handling it, getting approval is the property owner's responsibility.

The photos, text, layout, and logos on this site belong to us or to the clients who hired us. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use without asking.

Our name and logo are ours. Other company names and logos shown in our portfolio belong to those companies and appear as examples of our work.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is. We do not promise the site will always be available, error free, or up to date, and we do not promise that a price, a photo, or a description here matches what you will receive.

Warranties on the signs and products we actually build are separate and are described in your written quote or invoice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, such as lost profits or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Benton County, Washington.
