Privacy Policy

Bulldog Signs & Graphics ("we", "us") is a sign shop in Kennewick, WA 99336. This policy explains what we collect when you visit bulldogsignsusa.com, what happens to it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run ads that follow you around the internet. We collect what we need to quote your project and get back to you.

You only give us information when you choose to fill something out. There are three places that happens:

• The instant quote builder. It asks about your project, then asks for your name, business, email, phone, and any notes you want to add. It also has a checkbox if you want text messages. That box is unchecked until you check it.
• The vehicle wrap offer form. It asks for your name, phone, email, vehicle, your business industry, and whether you already have a logo.
• The contact form. This form is run for us by an outside customer management service, so the exact fields can change. It is the same kind of information: how to reach you and what you need.

We want to be specific here, because privacy policies often claim more than the site does.

This site has no file or image upload. There is nowhere to attach artwork. If you need to send us a file, email it to us and we will handle it like any other email.

This site does not take payment and has no shopping cart. It has no login, no accounts, and no saved profiles. We do not ask about your health, and nothing we collect is meant to reveal it.

Some information is collected just by loading a page, without you filling anything out.

Our web host records standard server logs, including your IP address, the pages you request, and your browser type. That is how the site gets delivered and how we spot abuse.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It sets its own cookies in your browser and gives each browser a random ID. It records your approximate location based on your IP address, which pages you view, and three specific actions: when you tap a phone number link, when you submit a quote, and when you submit the wrap offer form. It does not receive your name, email, or phone number.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots out of our forms. It only loads on the pages that have a form: the instant quote builder and the vehicle wrap offer page. On those pages it starts the first time you scroll, tap, click, move the pointer, or press a key, or a few seconds after the page loads, and it scores how you behave on the page to decide whether you look human. Google collects device and usage information to do this. Nothing from reCAPTCHA is requested on the rest of the site. A small reCAPTCHA badge is visible in the corner of those pages.

The contact page loads an embedded Google map and a contact form hosted by an outside service. Both of those load from other companies' servers, so those companies can see your IP address and set their own cookies when that page opens.

We do not have a separate cookie policy. This is it.

This site does not set any cookies of its own. The only thing we store in your browser ourselves is a small setting that remembers whether you picked English or Spanish. It is saved under the name "bulldog-language" and it stays on your device. It never leaves your browser and we never see it.

The cookies you actually receive come from the services above: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, a bot-detection cookie from reCAPTCHA, and cookies from the contact form and map services on our contact page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's own browser add-on, linked below.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We share it only with the companies that help us run the site and the shop:

• Our web host, which stores the site and keeps server logs.
• A form delivery service, which takes what you type into the quote or wrap offer form and passes it to our inbox.
• A customer management and scheduling service, which runs our contact form and our booking pages, and is where we keep client records.
• Google, for the analytics, spam protection, and map described above.
• Anyone we are legally required to share with, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Our booking buttons and our social media links send you to other companies' websites. Once you click, you are on their site and their privacy policy applies, not ours.

If you book an on-site visit or a boom truck call, payment is collected on that booking page, not here. We never see or store your card number.

We only text you if you check the box asking us to. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us, get a quote, and work with us without ever agreeing to texts.

If you do opt in, we may text you about your project: quote follow ups, appointment reminders, and status updates. Message frequency varies and depends on your project.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

The information we collect from texting is handled under this policy.

Quote requests and messages live in our email inbox and our customer records for as long as we are working together, and after that for as long as we need them for accounting and tax records.

Analytics information is kept by Google on its own schedule and is not tied to your name.

If you want us to delete what we have about you, email us and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

You can ask us to do any of the following. Email us and tell us what you want:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete what we have, subject to our tax and legal record keeping.
• Stop texting you. You can also just reply STOP.
• Stop emailing you about anything other than a project we are actively working on.

These links are run by the companies themselves, not by us, and they work no matter what we do:

• Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
• Google ad settings, to turn off ad personalization
• Most browsers also have a "Do Not Track" setting and controls for blocking third party cookies.

The site is served over an encrypted connection. The key that verifies our spam protection is kept on the server and is never sent to your browser.

We are a small shop, not a bank. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send us anything sensitive like a card number or a government ID through a web form.

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so here.
