Accessibility Statement

Bulldog Signs & Graphics wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard only, zoom the page, or need higher contrast.

We build this site toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard we aim at. We are not claiming we have hit every part of it, and this page tells you honestly where we know we fall short.

Recent work on this site includes:

• A skip to content link, so keyboard users can jump past the navigation on every page.
• A visible yellow focus outline on every link, button, and form field, so you can always see where you are.
• A real, permanent label attached to every form field, not just placeholder text that disappears when you type.
• Form errors that are announced out loud and tied to the field they belong to, and that never rely on color alone.
• The mobile menu now closes with the Escape key, keeps keyboard focus inside itself while open, and returns focus to the button that opened it.
• Motion is switched off for anyone whose device is set to reduce motion.
• Darker gold text on light backgrounds, so small headings meet the contrast target.
• One main heading per page, in a logical order, with descriptive text on every image.

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist.

• The contact form on our contact page is built and delivered by an outside company. We do not control its markup, so we cannot guarantee its labels, error messages, or keyboard behavior meet the same standard as the rest of the site. If it gives you trouble, call or email us and we will take your information directly.
• The embedded map on the contact page comes from a mapping provider and is not fully keyboard friendly. Our full address and phone number are written out in text right next to it, so you never need the map to reach us.
• The spam protection badge in the corner of the page is a third party component and we cannot change how it behaves.
• Thin divider lines and card outlines are low contrast. They are decoration only. No information is carried by a border alone, and nothing becomes unusable if you cannot see one.
• Spanish and English share the same web address. The language switch applies in your browser rather than sending you to a separate Spanish URL. If you use a screen reader with JavaScript turned off, you will get the English version.
• Our vehicle wrap offer page is currently English only.
